Steelcase.com Return Policy?
Steelcase Store accepts returns for items in new and unused condition within 30 days of receipt with valid proof of purchase. Shipping and handling fees, if applicable, will not be refunded. Returns must be in original packaging. For assembled task seating that no longer fits in its original packaging, return packaging to fit the entire chair can be requested in the Self-Service Return Portal, free of charge within the contiguous United States. If the chair is disassembled to fit into its original packaging or any other packaging it may incur damage, thereby potentially impeding the ability to facilitate a refund. Customers located in Alaska, Hawaii and Canada can contact a Customer Care representative to discuss return shipping options. All returned products shipped from outside the contiguous United States, will incur a 12% return shipping fee. A 15% restocking fee will be applied for all Steelcase Store non-high-performance seating products. If a non-high-performance seating product is shipped from outside the contiguous United States, the 12% return shipping fee will also be incurred.
Regarding the shipping policy, products are either stocked or made-to-order and ship within 5 or 10 business days.
